Basic Services:
This is the basic service for all the events/celebrations which includes a cleaning personnel, use of kitchen equipped with microwave, refrigerator and water kettle. It also includes 30 chairs and 9 tables for children. For adults, there are 8 chairs. When the event/celebration is over you dont have to do anything except take your things along with you. We will take care to clean everything.
During the event/celebration, the school premises will be available exclusively to you.
Availability:
Only on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays except on long Weekends
Morning: From 11.00 to 13.30
Evening: From 16.00 to 18.30
*The school will be opened 1 hour before the timings indicated so that the parents can come to decorate and install what they need.
Payment Details:

50% at the time of reservation. The reservation is confirmed only on payment of 50% of the amount. Till the time the reservation amount is not paid, the school reserves the right to give the slot to other person.
50% on the day before the event/celebration. If 100% payment is not received on the day before the event/celebration, the reservation stands suspended.
A reminder email for payment will be sent 2 days before the event/celebration.
